Jayla Moody 

Choosing Joy 

Jayla Moody is helping people choose their joy and design the life they want and deserve. Ever since she can remember, she's been drawn to people and the amazing things they're capable of doing. She is a writer, communication strategist, and full-time communications graduate student. Jayla believes joy is a full-time job, and every day you have to make the conscious decision to wake up and choose it for yourself. Originally from Decatur, Georgia, she received her undergraduate degree from Mercer University in Macon, GA in Journalism and Global Development Studies. Jayla is very passionate about development through leadership and mentorship. Her heart for service and her desire to help others grow to become the best version of themselves always bleeds through her work.  

 

She wrote her first ebook, Choosing Your Joy, in 2019 about the steps she took to work towards designing the life she wants. She also writes a weekly newsletter, Joy Story, that has grown into a community of almost 200 subscribers. She provides affirmations, books to read, advice on life’s seasons and she offers herself as a set of listening ears to whoever may need it.

LIsa Bullock

STEM

First Lady Lisa (Downs) Bullock was born in Helena, Montana. 

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carroll College and began working on her Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California.

Lisa worked for several large companies (IBM, Northrop Grumman, MAXIMUS) and taught high school mathematics. Currently, she is a Research & Development Manager for Court View Justice Solutions. 

Along with Governor Bullock, Lisa is an advocate for feeding Montana kids and families facing food-insecurity. Through their initiative to alleviate childhood hunger in Montana, the First Lady assists with providing Breakfast after the Bell grants to schools to increase school breakfast participation through innovative programs. 

Lisa also helped start the Montana STEM Mentors, an initiative which encourages women across Montana to become active leaders in their communities by mentoring young women who are interested in STEM related careers. 

Lisa and her husband, Steve, have three children – Caroline, Alexandria, and Cameron. She has coached her son's and daughters’ basketball teams and stays busy following their various activities throughout the year. She enjoys skiing, playing basketball, hiking, and eating anything that's chocolate.

Koreé Badio

Mental Health 

Koreé Badio, a mental health activist based in Atlanta Georgia, graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Africana studies. During her time at Georgia State, she founded a student-led mental health organization called STARS at GSU or Stand Together And Resist The Stigma. As Koreé continues to strengthen her commitment to mental health advocacy and social justice she is receiving graduate-level training at Brenau University and is working towards her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. Her ultimate dream is to become a licensed psychologist and create a holistic healing space that incorporates both research and clinical work and empowers marginalized people vocationally and psycho-spiritually.

Koreé's philosophy is that her most valuable credentials are her passion and her voice. She hopes to inspire others to embrace their story with confidence, pursue their purpose with tenacity, and be bold enough to change the world.

Hannah Ashton

Goals 

Hannah Ashton is a 20-year-old, Latina YouTuber, entrepreneur, and college student. She has grown her following to over 175,000 subscribers as she uploads videos weekly about women's lifestyle, college, and productivity. In 2019, Hannah launched her e-commerce business where she sells her own self-designed planner, The Dream Achieve Workbook, along with other products to help busy, driven women succeed. 

Hannah is a Junior at Belmont University in Nashville, TN and is majoring in Entrepreneurship. She strives every day to inspire young women to pursue their dream career and lives, no matter their age.
